1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• copy, record, redistribute, or publicly perform any live or recorded event content without express authorisation;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services;
• interfere with, disrupt, or impose unreasonable load on the Services or their infrastructure;
• use the Services to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

All content provided through the Services — including the NeoVerse Live name and logo, software, captured live experiences, designs, text, graphics, and audio — is owned by NeoVerse Live or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Tickets and event access

Where the Services provide access to ticketed or paid live events, additional terms (including those of our venue and rights-holder partners) may apply. Event schedules, line-ups, and availability may change without notice.

6. Third-party services

The Services may interoperate with third-party hardware, software, or platforms (including Apple Vision Pro and visionOS). We are not responsible for those third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoVerse Live and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim and (b) one hundred euros (EUR 100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeoVerse Live from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence provide otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
